My morning starts early at 5:45 am.Â I leave for Curves Gym at 6am. Curves opens at 7am so sometimes I park near our office and take a long walk to Serendra 🙂
Curves takes only 30mins of exercise in a circuit. Then I’m off to shower and I’m ready for work at 8:30.
This is the part where I get super hungry.Â I eat fruits and drink wheatgrass.
I go minimum of 3 times a week but the ideal is everyday except Sunday, coz they’re closed 😛
And this is me, refreshed after work-out and shower.Â You can choose to bring your own hair dryer.Â But I preder to just use the fan that they provide and dry my hair naturally.
