oh yes, definitely gym and exercise is a must. this procedure is more on the areas where it’s hard to exercise like my back hurts a lot when I do crunches coz I have scoliosis.

Yes they do. it depends on the area, they can even do it for the face. They brought the price down of the Liposmash pa from Php 5000 to Php 3800 because it’s their anniversary. the Php 3,800 comes with the Liposmash and the E-tone na (packaged). Before it’s separate.

so far, it has been great. I just need it to heal nicely now. meaning not much outdoors, no extra effort in doing stuff so that it heals nicely. but it looked nice when it got re-stitched 🙂 the scar is gone. I think it’s going to create a new scar though, but nicer, less obtuse like the scar on my nose when I had my huge mole removed rin 🙂

Never tried anything like that, but I just lost 2 inches off my waistline from gym work out of over 2 weeks. So happy I can finally feel lighter and more fit! 🙂
