It’s super nice workout. They have different levels depending on the individual and you get more intense if you’re too comfy na with your level 🙂 It’s like pole workout minus the bruises… ;P I still have a gym membership ongoing ngalang so sayang. and my pole dancing kaya I didn’t continue. Vince goes here twice a week 😀
