One thing i appreciate is the cloth they put underneath the dumplings. (which they also do at DTF) Most restos in Manila place them on carrots or cabbage, or sometimes (gasp) directly on the bamboo steamer. If they dough isn&#039;t prepared or steamed well, it sticks to the steamer or veggies and all the soup spills out.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[DTF was heaven. Good times, love. Lugang Cafe offers three kinds of Xiao Long Bao. Super delicious and authentic since it&#039;s a Taiwanese restaurant also. They have a branch in MOA and Greenhills. Ate a both branches already. Super good. This was a sad post because it made me crave for XLB. Haha. But good job. :))]]></description>
