My Morning Routine


My morning starts early at 5:45 am.ร‚ย  I leave for Curves Gym at 6am. Curves opens at 7am so sometimes I park near our office and take a long walk to Serendra ๐Ÿ™‚

Curves takes only 30mins of exercise in a circuit. Then I’m off to shower and I’m ready for work at 8:30.

This is the part where I get super hungry.ร‚ย  I eat fruits and drink wheatgrass.

I go minimum of 3 times a week but the ideal is everyday except Sunday, coz they’re closed ๐Ÿ˜›

And this is me, refreshed after work-out and shower.ร‚ย  You can choose to bring your own hair dryer.ร‚ย  But I preder to just use the fan that they provide and dry my hair naturally.

  1. wow! you’re filled with too much energy to go to gym before work..HAHA..lucky you… I tried yoga before going to work and I ended up sleeping at my desk..haha

  2. This posts remind me to go back to gym again..I gain a lot of weights…ahahah I used to do that before ate..I drink also wheatgrass very helpful indeed! ๐Ÿ˜€
