										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify">Itâ€™s been a while since Iâ€™ve dined along Burgos Circle in Bonifacio Global City (BGC).Â  I used to always dine in the area because I used to work here.Â  Our team LOVES going out all the time to dine especially every Friday.Â  I was so happy to finally come back and explore the dining scene again!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">This time, I had a very fine dinner at Bordeaux at Bonifacio Global City â€“ Burgos Circle.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">Before going to Bordeaux, I actually just came from a minor â€œscar revisionâ€ surgery at <a href="http://www.flaircandy.com/2010/11/total-relaxation-and-pampering-at-aesthetic-science/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Aesthetic Science</a>.Â  Since I still felt good good after the surgery and I was so happy about the results â€“ I decided to celebrate it at Bordeaux!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Nothing beats a successful surgery celebration than feeding my tummy with an awesome dining experience!</p>

<p style="text-align: center">Upon arriving at Bordeaux, I was greeted by the friendly owners and chef.Â  The ambiance gave me a warm welcome too as I was exploring the place looking for the toilet.Â  Check out the wine racks and the ceiling full of wine to please your eyes.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">I would definitely come back here and order these food again.Â  But, they also have other superb dishes on their menu.Â  Donâ€™t be shy to ask the waiters on their best sellers and suggestions.Â  The staff is really friendly, the ambiance gives a nice venue for subtle talks with friends, colleagues and loved ones and of course, the wine just puts it all together.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In my earlier posts, I mentioned that Iâ€™m iffy about celebrating my birthday lately because I feel that I am getting old!Â Â  I just turned a quarter of a hundred and I am now transitioning into a next stage in my life!Â  Change is always scary and uncertain but quite refreshing at times.Â  I have always reminded people not to expect too much on things they canâ€™t control and in life, there are many variables.Â  Good ones and bad ones that make the equation of life challenging but fun.Â  Bad things happen from time to time, and I think that as I mature, I start not to worry too much on things I can not change anymore.</p>
<p>Thereâ€™s this saying:</p>
<blockquote><p>â€œ<strong>Losers live in the past</strong>. Winners learn from the <strong>past</strong> and enjoy working in the <strong>present</strong> toward the <strong>future</strong>.â€</p></blockquote>
<p>â€¦ and of course, to enjoy today as a gift â€“ thatâ€™s why they call it â€œpresentâ€</p>
<p>Vince and I celebrated both our birthdays together on the 28th in Tagaytay.Â  We just wanted things simple this time.Â  We feel so happy that we got to go to many places together this year, did a lot of adventure together and on our birth anniversaries, we just wanted a nice quiet dinner at probably one of the best place to dine in Tagaytay.Â  I wasnâ€™t even in the mood to take photos and stuff like that.Â  But, Iâ€™m a true-blooded blogger and during the middle of our meal, I took my camera out and took photos @_@.Â  I mean, the whole point is to preserve the memory and share it, right?</p>
<p>You need to make reservations when you want to dine here.Â  We went here on a Thursday night, clearly not a lot of customers unlike the weekends.Â  I am not sure if they accept walk-ins even if they have available tables, but to be sure, just call them up.</p>
<p>Iâ€™ve been in Manila for a while now and I havenâ€™t gone up to dine at Antonioâ€™s yet so it was both Vince and my first time at Antonioâ€™s.Â  Donâ€™t worry if you donâ€™t understand what they have on the menu, just kindly ask from the server who would gladly assist you on the menu.Â  Donâ€™t be shy asking for best sellers and their chefâ€™s recommendations.</p>
<p>I wasnâ€™t really paying attention much to what we ordered like I usually do when we dine out.Â  I thought, I wanted to relax and just have a normal dining experience.Â  But, the blogger in me just canâ€™t be tamed, and right now, I decided to finally blog about it <img decoding="async" class="wlEmoticon wlEmoticon-smilewithtongueout" style="border-style: none" src="http://www.flaircandy.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/wlEmoticon-smilewithtongueout.png" alt="Smile with tongue out" /> So, forgive me if I forgot some details on this blog post.Â  Iâ€™m sure to visit Antonioâ€™s again next time anyway. <img decoding="async" class="wlEmoticon wlEmoticon-smile" style="border-style: none" src="http://www.flaircandy.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/wlEmoticon-smile.png" alt="Smile" /></p>

<p>Chateaubriand with salad, soup, bread, main course with siding and dessert</p>
<p>For our meal, we ordered Chateau Briand / Chateaubriand which is good for two.Â  Chateaubriand is actually a recipe and not a cut of meat.Â  I am not really sure which part of the meat the steak was but surely itâ€™s either tenderloin or sirloin.Â  The meat was BIG and was wrapped around with Bacon.Â  You have the option to have it wrapped with a vegetable instead (I forgot what, maybe asparagus).Â  The meat was very tender!Â  Since Vince loves rice, he ordered that as his siding.Â  I love potatoes however so I ordered Gnocchi Potato as my siding and this is by far the best prepared potato siding I have ever tasted! It included a really nice vegetable salad, soup, bread, main course (steak) and dessert.Â  We ordered a really nice Pomelo / Pineapple juice half karaf.Â  The whole meal cost us a little around 2,000 each <img decoding="async" class="wlEmoticon wlEmoticon-smile" style="border-style: none" src="http://www.flaircandy.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/wlEmoticon-smile.png" alt="Smile" /> You might say expensive, but for fine dining itâ€™s really not bad.Â  You really get your moneyâ€™s worth with the nice ambiance, the service and the great food!</p>
<p>The server told us that Chateaubriand was only available on October and it is the chefâ€™s recommendation too!Â  Too bad Octoberâ€™s over <img decoding="async" class="wlEmoticon wlEmoticon-sadsmile" style="border-style: none" src="http://www.flaircandy.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/wlEmoticon-sadsmile.png" alt="Sad smile" /> not sure when they will put it back on the menu.Â  Oh well, you can still try their Angus beef which is so good and their Antonioâ€™s Trio sampler if you want to try three different cuts at once.</p>
