The typhoon Ondoy has left us all devastated.  Typhoon Peping avoided Manila city proper, but it hit the provinces big time!  It brought deadly winds to our Northern provinces.  Many lost shelter, clothing and have no means to buy food.  All three are basic necessities for one person to live.
