<p>I am now dedicated to getting fit.&#160; My Goal is to have the body fat of an Athlete!&#160; My ACE % is now at 25% (demn you buffets!)&#160; Just cause I think of myself as an athlete, thatâ€™s my goal.&#160; At least bring it down to 20% for the 1st quarter of the year.</p>

<p>My tools for daily calorie count: I use the My Fitness Pal app for Android which you can download also for iPad/iPhone.&#160; If you donâ€™t have any of this, you can log in online <a href="http://www.myfitnesspal.com">http://www.myfitnesspal.com</a></p>
<p>My goal is to maintain 1200 calories a day.</p>

<p>My exercise routine:</p>
<p>At least 3x a week at <a href="https://www.facebook.com/curvesphilippines" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Curves</a> </p>
<p>Pole at least 2x a week at <a href="http://www.flaircandy.com/2011/04/pole-dancing-class-with-the-polecats/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Polecats Manila</a></p>
