Polecats Manila

Formed in 2009, Polecats Manila is now considered to be the premiere pole dancing school in the country. Located at the heart of Ortigas, their studio boasts of professional grade equipment of the highest standards for safety and quality.

I can attest to their quality standards when it comes to pole fitness because I have been their student for more than a year now. They push you the right way, they harness your strengths and at the same time develop your weaknesses as well. For a year, I never had any injuries apart from minor bruises so I can really say their teaching methods are safe and a whole lot of fun! And the benefits I get out of pole dancing are tremendous: flexibility, strength, confidence, creativity, weight loss, muscle tone and achieving the impossible! Most of the students advance safely into different levels and every time, we pole kittens (their students), surprise ourselves with the many things we can actually do! Every trick we conquer is a cause of celebration!

360 Fitness Club

The 360Ëš Circuit is the main training program of 360Ëš Fitness Club. It is a total body workout that combines cardiovascular and strengthening exercises. The circuit is made up of 20 exercise stations – 10 active stations + 10 active rest stations designed to be completed in 30 minutes.

Their workout is perfect for those who don’t want to sacrifice hours from their already busy schedule. For 30 minutes, you get a compact yet effective gym and aerobic workout. If you think the circuit would be boring and easy, think again. The circuit is designed to train you from different levels. Friendly coaches are always present to assist you and give you that extra push!

It’s the metro’s first urban glam bar.

Spaholics is designed wit Hollywood’s old school glamour in mind,the entire space is designed in art deco wallpaper of black and white intricate patterns that is as minimalist as it is charming.

Nail Bar

Your usual Nail Spa and Blow Dry Bar is given a fun twist! Its feminine twist separates it from your typical spa or salon. This is the Nail Bar where customers can perch on leather stools and have their nails done next to one another. The Nail Bar carries an extensive range of the latest polishes that can be painted on plain or in various designs, making one’s nails look like a tiny gallery of artworks.

They have Shellac series which is a gel and paint polish painted on just once and “dried” with a UV lamp for mere 3 minutes”!

Blow Dry Bar

Unlike most, if not all salons, The Blow Dry Bar doesn’t offer any cuts or color. Instead, they focus on just fabulous blowouts for all types of hair. The concept is simple: Wash, Blow, Style and GO!

Yellow Halo

Thank goodness heaven just landed beside our pole studio!

I’ve been waiting for this healthy restaurant to launch and they have officially opened last June 30 at 22nd floor Strata 100! It completes the Alliance Wellness Center! Now we have healthier options and we don’t have to go far from where we work out!

What’s interesting is that they also have a Nutritionist present at the restaurant every Friday and Saturdays for consultation at 12nn – 2pm.

They offer guilt-free but delicious food!
