Curves Fitness Circuit Training, Body Fat and Calorie Diet

I am now dedicated to getting fit. My Goal is to have the body fat of an Athlete! My ACE % is now at 25% (demn you buffets!) Just cause I think of myself as an athlete, that’s my goal. At least bring it down to 20% for the 1st quarter of the year.
My tools for daily calorie count: I use the My Fitness Pal app for Android which you can download also for iPad/iPhone. If you don’t have any of this, you can log in online http://www.myfitnesspal.com
My goal is to maintain 1200 calories a day.
My exercise routine:
At least 3x a week at Curves
Pole at least 2x a week at Polecats Manila
