Meg Face Search The Next Cover Girl

Once again, I tried to join the search for the Meg Face Search for a chance to be seen on one of the cover of Meg Magazine’s issue.  Unfortunately though, I was disqualified because I am too young to join Smile with tongue out

Haha, I’m just kidding guys.  If you missed to join this competition, you can subscribe to Meg’s official website at meggurl.com to get updated.  On the last PLDT search for their next watchpad crew, I had my own pick – Yassi Pressmand and she indeed definitely won!  This time, for the 10 finalists of the Meg Face search, I have 2 favorites (I won’t say, but I know that either of them will win).  I don’t know them personally, I just saw them first at Amber where they revealed their top 10 finalists for the Meg Face Search.

You guys can vote for your favorite girl in the top 10 as this will help them win a cover page on Meg’s March 2011 issue!  Just go to meggurl.com to vote Smile

FINALISTS

The search for the next IT girl is almost over, as The Next Cover Girl: MEG Face Search 8th Edition presented it’s final ten last December 3, 2010. Hundreds of contestants battled it out in a beauty face off and Meg magazine picked only the most gorgeous girls for the final round.

The search for MEG Magazine’s next cover girl started with go-sees in school events and bars, targeting girls with fierce attitudes and looks to match. After the initial search, the contestants were narrowed down to the 40 best and most beautiful. Out of the 40 contestants chosen, experts from MEG Magazine, including editor in chief Peewee Reyes, fashion and beauty photographer Sara Black and freelance make up artist Pia Reyes weeded out the wannabes and chose the crème de le crème of the contestants based on their beauty, style, photo appeal, personality and communication skills.

The final ten were revealed in Amber Ultra Lounge at Fort Bonifacio. The lucky finalists are Bea Lozano, Christia Asistio, Danna Bernardino, Debra Victa, Madge Reyes, Margo Midwinter, Maya Cabanuag, Monique Dimanlig, Phoebe Rutaquio and Yumi Arima. After the reveal, the top ten will be styled and photographed in fabulous fashion by the MEG team.

The next cover girl will be partnered with a popular male artist on Meg’s March 2011 issue.
