A Passion to Run – Saving Sights 5km
This was the first Running event I have ever had. 5km is the longest run I’ve ever had so far. It was more tiring than I thought. After 1km, I swear I said I won’t make it…
I don’t know but I sill continued to run. With every step I make, I hum a song in my mind to keep up with rhythm. :P When I was approching the finish line I’m like “This is it… This is it… FINALLY!!”

I made it in 34 minutes! Which is such an achievement for me! Imagine! I ran the entire Bonifacio Circle! in 34 freakin minutes and I expected to be done by 45 minutes pa 😀
I’m not sure if I am part of the top 10 runners in girls but I am just so happy that for my first time (I don’t jog at all, I swim) I made it in a decent time :P Miche was very very good at it! She never stopped running! WOW for her!
Anyway, after that, as if running was not enough yet, Vince and I still roamed the Bonifacio Circle with our longboard skateboards.

This is for charity. All proceeds will go to our company CSR – Saving Sights for RBI children.

That’s cool. So when you gonna go running in other countries? Come Malaysia. Or I have to go to Philippines to run XD

Sigh..if only I have the luxury to travel! It would be cool to join funruns in Singapore or what! 😀

The regular registration period is from December 6, 2009 to January 10, 2010. A non-refundable registration fee will be charged to all participants during the regular registration period:
3K (Php200.00)
5K (Php250.00)
10K (Php300.00).
Duly registered and paid participants may claim their race packets upon registration.

Roving booths in pre-selected Sunday races (December 13, UP Diliman and The Fort, December 20)
